Shipping Policy

We ship pan-India. Here’s everything you need to know.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata): 3–4 business days
  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days
  • Remote areas (some pincodes in North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, Andaman & Nicobar): up to 10 business days

These are estimates. Actual delivery can vary during peak sale periods or due to weather/logistics disruptions.

Shipping charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹499 (all Kosha products qualify).
  • Flat ₹49 shipping on orders below ₹499.
  • Cash on Delivery: additional ₹50 COD handling fee.

Courier partners

We ship via Delhivery and Ekart (via Shiprocket). The courier is automatically assigned based on your pincode and delivery speed. You’ll receive the courier name and tracking number in your shipping confirmation email and SMS.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive:

  • An SMS with the tracking number and courier link.
  • An email with the same information.

You can also track your order from My Account → Orders.

Pincode serviceability

We deliver to most pincodes across India. If your pincode is not serviceable, you’ll see a notification at checkout before you place the order. We don’t charge you for unserviceable orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select pincodes. You’ll see the COD option at checkout if your pincode is eligible. COD orders attract a ₹50 handling fee.

Order not received?

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the order, please contact us within 48 hours. We’ll investigate with the courier and resolve within 5 business days.

International shipping

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available.
