Cancellation Policy

Cancel before it ships

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund — no questions asked.

To cancel, WhatsApp us at +91-XXXXXXXXXX or email support@koshaco.shop with your order number. We’ll confirm cancellation and process the refund within 24 hours.

After 12 hours — before it ships

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll still try to cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible. If we’re able to stop the shipment, a full refund will be issued.

After it’s shipped

Once your order has been dispatched, we can’t cancel it in transit. You can refuse delivery at the door (for prepaid orders, a refund will be issued after the package is returned to us), or initiate a return within 7 days of delivery under our Returns Policy.

COD orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, please cancel before dispatch to avoid the hassle of a return. If a COD order is refused at delivery or returned, the ₹50 COD handling fee is non-refundable.

Refund timeline

Cancellation refunds are processed within 24–48 hours for prepaid orders. The amount will reflect in your account within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.
